Disclaimer

Introduction

This Disclaimer explains the limitations and conditions applicable to information, products, services, content and other materials available through the Kulvaibhav website and marketplace.

Kulvaibhav provides an online marketplace through which buyers may discover and purchase products offered by participating sellers, artisans, manufacturers, designers, makers and other businesses.

By using Kulvaibhav, you acknowledge that information available on the platform may be subject to change and that product-specific information should be reviewed before making a purchase.

About This Disclaimer

The information published on Kulvaibhav is provided for general informational and marketplace purposes.

Although Kulvaibhav aims to maintain accurate and useful information, we do not guarantee that every piece of information will always be complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for every purpose or free from changes or omissions.

Product-specific information should always be reviewed before placing an order.

This Disclaimer should be read together with the applicable Kulvaibhav policies and terms.

Marketplace Nature of Kulvaibhav

Kulvaibhav operates as a marketplace connecting buyers with participating sellers, artisans, manufacturers and other suppliers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kulvaibhav is not necessarily the manufacturer, artisan, producer or direct owner of every product listed on the platform.

The relevant seller or supplier may be responsible for product manufacture, product descriptions, materials, production method, product specifications, authenticity representations, availability, fulfilment and other seller-specific information.

Kulvaibhav may facilitate marketplace activities, but the responsibilities of the relevant seller remain subject to the applicable terms and law.

Product Information Disclaimer

Product descriptions, specifications, materials, dimensions, features and other information may be provided by sellers, artisans or manufacturers.

Kulvaibhav aims to present this information clearly, but product information may occasionally contain typographical errors, measurement differences, outdated information, incomplete information, seller-submitted inaccuracies or information that changes after publication.

Where a material discrepancy is identified, Kulvaibhav may update the listing or take other appropriate action.

Buyers should review the complete product information before purchasing.

Handmade & Artisan Product Disclaimer

Many Kulvaibhav products are handmade or artisan-made.

Handmade production may involve individual craftsmanship rather than uniform factory production.

Accordingly, products may contain slight colour differences, minor texture variation, small dimensional differences, irregular hand-finishing, natural marks, embroidery variation, weave variation or other characteristics associated with handcrafted production.

Such differences do not automatically indicate a defect or inaccurate product representation.

Handloom Product Disclaimer

Handloom products may be produced using traditional or artisan weaving processes.

Because of the nature of handloom production, differences may occur between one piece and another, product photographs and delivered products, production batches, colours, weave density, texture and finishing.

These characteristics may be inherent to the product. The specific product listing should be reviewed for applicable handloom information and disclosed variations.

Product Images & Visual Representation

Product photographs are intended to provide a reasonable visual representation.

Actual products may appear different because of lighting, photography conditions, camera settings, screen brightness, display calibration, editing, natural material variation or individual handcrafted production.

An exact visual match between a photograph and the delivered product cannot always be guaranteed.

Colours, Textures & Natural Variations

Colour and texture may differ slightly from what is displayed on a device.

This may be particularly relevant to hand-dyed textiles, natural dyes, wood, leather, stone, pottery, natural fibres, hand-painted products and other natural or handmade materials.

Minor differences should therefore be evaluated in the context of the product’s material and production method.

Dimensions, Measurements & Product Specifications

Measurements displayed on product pages may be approximate where the product is handmade or hand-finished.

Differences may arise because products are individually made, measurements are taken manually, materials shrink or expand, production tolerances exist or traditional production methods do not produce identical units.

Where exact measurements are critical, buyers should review the product-specific measurements before purchase.

Seller, Artisan & Manufacturer Information

Seller, artisan and manufacturer information may be supplied by the relevant participating party.

Kulvaibhav may display seller name, artisan name, business information, craft information, manufacturing information, location, production story or other seller-provided information.

Kulvaibhav does not necessarily independently verify every statement unless expressly represented as verified. Where concerns arise, Kulvaibhav may review or investigate the information.

Craft, Origin & Cultural Information

Kulvaibhav may publish educational and descriptive information relating to Indian crafts, traditional techniques, cultural heritage, regional crafts, artisan communities, historical context and craft traditions.

Such information may be based on seller, artisan, partner or editorial sources and may be subject to interpretation or change.

The information should not necessarily be treated as an exhaustive historical, cultural or academic statement.

Authenticity & Certification Disclaimer

Kulvaibhav may provide authenticity-related information based on seller declarations, product documentation, certification, craft information or other available evidence.

Not every handmade or handloom product will have a formal certificate. The absence of a certificate does not automatically indicate that a product is unauthentic.

Where a product carries a specific certification, mark or authenticity designation, the applicable product information should be reviewed carefully.

This section should be read together with the Product Authenticity Policy.

GI, Regional Origin & Traditional Craft Claims

Some products may be associated with a particular region or traditional craft.

A regional reference does not automatically mean that a product has protected Geographical Indication status.

Where a GI or other protected designation is specifically claimed, the relevant product information and applicable legal requirements should be considered.

Pricing, Availability & Offers

Prices, discounts, promotional offers and product availability may change without prior notice where permitted.

Pricing information may occasionally be affected by technical errors, seller updates, inventory changes, promotional changes, tax changes, system errors or other marketplace circumstances.

The final applicable price and charges should be reviewed during checkout before completing the transaction.

Availability & Inventory

Product availability may change because of inventory limitations, artisan production capacity, raw-material availability, seller operations, handloom production schedules, product discontinuation, technical issues or other circumstances.

A product displayed as available may become unavailable before an order is successfully completed or fulfilled.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled, the applicable cancellation and refund process will apply.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Estimated shipping and delivery dates are generally estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by seller processing time, handloom or handmade production, courier availability, destination, weather, public holidays, remote-area serviceability, customs, logistics disruptions or other circumstances.

For detailed information, buyers should review the Shipping Policy.

Third-Party Services & External Links

Kulvaibhav may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment providers, logistics providers, social media platforms, analytics services, authentication services, communication providers and other third-party websites or services.

Kulvaibhav does not necessarily control the content, privacy practices, availability, security or operation of external third-party services.

Use of such services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Reviews, Ratings & User-Generated Content

Reviews, ratings, photographs, comments and other user-generated content may reflect the individual experience or opinion of the contributor.

Such content does not necessarily represent the views of Kulvaibhav.

User-generated content may contain personal opinions, subjective assessments, incomplete information, inaccurate statements or experiences that differ from those of other buyers.

Kulvaibhav may moderate or remove content in accordance with its applicable policies, but does not guarantee that every statement made by a user is accurate.

Marketplace Communications & Information

Kulvaibhav may communicate with buyers through website notifications, email, SMS, telephone, WhatsApp, order communications and other authorised channels.

Information may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or affected by technical issues.

Transaction-related information should be checked against the buyer’s account and order details where available.

Professional Advice Disclaimer

Information published on Kulvaibhav should not automatically be treated as professional advice.

This includes information relating to fashion, product care, materials, cultural practices, health, safety, finance, legal matters, taxation or other specialised subjects, unless expressly identified as professional advice from a qualified professional.

Where professional advice is required, an appropriately qualified professional should be consulted.

No Guarantee of Results or Suitability

Kulvaibhav does not guarantee that a product will meet every buyer’s individual expectations, be suitable for every intended purpose, achieve a specific result, have identical characteristics to another handmade item or satisfy an individual preference that was not communicated to the seller.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing product specifications and suitability before purchasing.

Website Availability & Technical Disclaimer

Kulvaibhav aims to maintain reliable access to its website and marketplace.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, hosting problems, internet connectivity, cybersecurity incidents, software errors, third-party service outages, system upgrades or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Kulvaibhav does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Limitation of Information Accuracy

Kulvaibhav makes reasonable efforts to maintain useful and accurate marketplace information.

However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that all website information will always be completely accurate, current, complete, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every individual purpose.

Where applicable, product-specific contractual terms, order information and mandatory consumer rights will govern the transaction.

Changes to This Disclaimer

Kulvaibhav may update this Disclaimer from time to time because of changes to the marketplace, new products or services, seller arrangements, technical changes, policy updates, changes in applicable law or improvements to the website.

The updated version will be published on the website with a revised Last Updated date.

Where required by law, significant changes may be communicated through an appropriate notice mechanism.
