Every role has measurable targets. The employee must achieve at least 50% of the applicable targets before the salary date for the relevant performance period. Where the employee is below the minimum threshold, compensation may be reduced according to the approved performance matrix, employment terms and applicable law.
Compensation
Kulvaibhav does not offer these roles as unconditional fixed-salary jobs. Compensation is performance-linked and the final applicable slab and calculation method will be stated in the employee-specific offer/appointment document. Statutory deductions are applied where legally applicable.
